Oh, am trying ways and means to get my hands on "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" it's a movie musical, adapted from the Broadway version of it. The songs are lovely, I've downloaded a few of them over Kazaa. The movie/musical details the life of this guy from Berlin who goes to the US for a sex change and hope for a better life as a musician/singer. However, his operation is botched and his boyfriend turns out to be this scumbag who stole all his songs and becomes a big star. For obvious reasons, it'd never be brought down here. I was just speculating that if they didn't centre so much on the hype of such 'questionable' material, a lot of people would actually shrug it off and take it in their stride. Ah well.

Children of Heaven was a really good movie. Just what I needed to restore my faith and strength in the human spirit. Like most foreign movies, it was simple, human beings in their element. The child actors in there were really brilliant.
